By accessing or using the Villafolio website, digital platform, or any associated service (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Global Conditions of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Platform. The Platform is operated by Villasfolio™, a registered trademark and proprietary system of Villasfolio Global Holdings, established under the legal framework of the GLVA – Global Luxury Villas Association. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and members worldwide.

2. Purpose of the Platform
Villafolio™ is a professional, members-only global network for certified professionals, agencies, and luxury property owners. The Platform provides a secure, verified environment for the presentation, management, and collaboration related to luxury villa rentals and associated services. Villafolio™ does not act as a broker or intermediary between members. All collaborations and transactions are managed independently by verified professionals under their own responsibility.

3. Registered Trademark and Intellectual Property
Villafolio™, including its name, logo, design elements, content structure, and technological framework, is a registered international trademark protected under global intellectual property laws (WIPO, EUIPO, USPTO, and other applicable jurisdictions). All rights are exclusively owned by Villafolio Global Holdings and the GLVA. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of the Villafolio™ brand, content, or materials — in any form and in any country — constitutes a violation of international trademark and copyright law and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted.

4. Membership and Access
Access to Villafolio™ is reserved exclusively for professionals and property owners approved by the GLVA according to its Code of Ethics and admission requirements. Each member must maintain active membership and uphold the standards of conduct and quality defined by the Association. Villafolio™ reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership if these standards are violated or if any misuse of the Platform occurs.

5. Confidentiality and Restricted Use
All data, listings, documents, and communications shared within the Platform are strictly confidential and intended solely for professional use by approved members. Any sharing, replication, or disclosure of internal content outside the Platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

6. User Obligations
Members agree to: Provide truthful and up-to-date information at all times; Use the Platform exclusively for professional purposes aligned with GLVA standards; Protect the confidentiality of data and proprietary materials; Not attempt to copy, decompile, or replicate any element of the Platform or brand.

7. Limitation of Liability
Villafolio™ and the GLVA provide the Platform “as is” and make no guarantees as to uninterrupted operation or absolute accuracy. In no event shall Villafolio™, the GLVA, its directors, or partners be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

8. Global Legal Protection
These Terms are enforceable worldwide under applicable international trademark, copyright, and commercial law treaties, including but not limited to:
The Madrid Protocol (WIPO Trademark Registration);
The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works;
The TRIPS Agreement (WTO);
EU and U.S. Intellectual Property Acts.
Villafolio™ retains the right to pursue legal action in any jurisdiction where infringement or misuse occurs.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and by applicable international conventions. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform or violation of trademark rights shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain, or, when necessary, to international arbitration under ICC rules (Paris).
